Can we talk about this very SUS Jikook moment from Bon Voyage Season 2 ep 2 please?

So the boys are playing Hide in Seek in the dark (aka with blindfolds and all that inside their first accommodation) to win money for spending on their first full day in Hawaii.

They have been split into three teams. A) Namjin B)Sope C)VMinKook

While trying to find our glorious leader, Namjoon, who keeps slipping by all of them, THIS ⤵️ (the SUS Jikook moment in question)

Feels like Jungkook’s butt!? Park Jimin please explain to me how you KNOW that’s Jungkook’s butt just by feeling/touching it?

Especially when this ⤵️

Happened less than two minutes prior.

Jin was trying to maneuver and climb from where he was in the window to the bed and both Jungkook and Taehyung find him. Jungkook ends up putting his hands on Jin’s backside and goes “whose butt is this? Who are you?”

So again I say JIMIN HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT’S JUNGKOOK’S BUTT FROM FEEL ALONE UNLESS YOU’VE SPENT A LOOOOOOOOOT OF TIME TOUCHING IT OUTSIDE WHAT WE’VE SEEN.

One of the things I have learned through watching Bon Voyage is that Kim Seokjin is freaking hilarious.

He's a big kid at heart. And, I love that about him.

It has made me appreciate that special energy that he brings to the table, so much more. 💜

I remember I think that you said you enjoyed Bon Voyage season 4 the most in terms of enjoying the Taekook content. Why did you enjoy this season the most?

I like season four, but not for the Taekook content. I said that despite what people say, there is Taekook in BV4. You just have to be observant and look for it, and there's more than you think.

BV1 probably has the most unfilitered Taekook Content, BV4 has the most filtered (i.e. it's there but you have to look for it). So in order of filtered/unfiltered it goes like this for me...

BV1 - It felt like every part of the trip was stage managed within an inch of it's life, but we got quite a bit of TK content.

BV2 - Whilst staged/structure very heavily there were moments outside of this, particularly the boys playing music, shooting MVs, dancing and generally just having fun in the outdoor mall. Some TK content, mostly in the beginning and Helicopter ride.

BV3 - Aside from Ep. 4 (where we got TK in a room/double bed and being all homely), we got more content from Malta from photo drops and Redbull, where we see JK and Tae out and about without the rest of the group.

BV4 - edited to limit TK but if you really look you can still see it.

If I were to order my preference, I'd say my favourite to least is...

I really liked BV4 despite the TK editing by BH because it felt less stage managed and controlled by the managers than in previous seasons. BV1 & 2 felt like more expensive RUN BTS episodes. BV3 moved away from this, though it still had its moments and BV4 took this even further and was probably the pre-curser to 'In The Soop'.

And of course In the Soop (both seasons) feature Taekook a lot.

Bon Voyage....season 1

One of the things I want to do while the guys are away is watch original content that I have not seen. Thankfully, a website was shared on here last month that has a TON of it.

So beginning with Bon Voyage, I start my journey into content I haven't seen outside of people clipping and sharing in various ways, on SM and YouTube....

I just watched the first episode, and I am totally hooked. lol...

I love Norway and it is fun to see them there, in E1. (I was there the same year, just 6 weeks earlier.) Yeah. And, I was also listening to Cold Play at that time in my life, so it's cool when Hobi turns it on....

The best part is the end when they surprise Kook with a birthday cake and song, and then the infamous "who is going to kiss JK" moment... rock/paper/scissors.... Jimin holding his hand out....

It is going to be fun to watch all of it, from beginning to end. I'm grateful to the person who set up the website years ago, for ARMYs like me who don't have access to most of the original episodes and such.

With 17 months to go, I'll be quite occupied watching lots of stuff, and enjoying every moment. I'm probably going to learn a few things along the way, too.... ��💜💜

I just watched that episode of BV, yesterday. It is the first time I had seen the original version. That particular scene was of interest as I have seen so many clips and analysis videos and opinions on it. (Going to original content is my thing, during these 18 months and I'm currently watching all of the BV series.)

So they editied the heck out of that scene when they were all sitting around the wood stove, that night. When JK was bent over playing with the dog and JM was swatting his butt, we only saw part of what happened. He went from bent over to sitting next to JM, in a blink of an eye. Editors cut out part of what happened. The toe-play was a super brief moment. Like literally 2 seconds before the camera angle changed. I watched it a few times, to really see what was happening.

When JK got up and went downstairs, yeah Joon looked at him briefly, and Jimin did too. Everything happened quickly. (On those videos on YT everything is in slow-motion.) JK comes back upstairs WITHOUT that jacket on. You see him briefly in the background as he tops the stairs. Then it is edited again, and we see JK sitting on the sofa, WITH the jacket on. There is a whole section that was edited out, between him coming back up from downstairs, to when he is seated next to Jimin again with the jacket on.

Then, the infamous moment when he stands up and it really looks like he is holding the jacket closed in front of his groin area. It really does.

I'm always impressed with ARMYs spotting stuff. Especially when it's partially hidden by subtitles, or it is literally a millisecond on-screen.

Whatever they were doing, it was obvious that their chemistry was as strong as ever, that night. It must have been really hard for them, given how little privacy they had.

what do you think about the moment in bv4: the jikook footsie, jimin getting red and hobi asking him why and jungkook leaving the scene. that moment just confuses me

Okay, I searched for a while for like a clip of this moment but could not find a good quality one on YouTube. But you can go watch it yourself. Its BV4, episode 2 I believe, towards the end of the episode when they are all sitting on a big red couch. Unrelated, but they were definitely cute together this trip. Keep in mind this was filmed right after they had their personal time off, so Jikook had seen each other briefly on JKs birthday, but otherwise it had been awhile. And it starts with Jimin showing up and immediately walking over to sit between JKs legs on the couch. They obviously missed each other 🥺

So the jikook cutesy moment everyone knows is JK wagging his butt in the air as he plays with the puppy. Jimin smacking his butt multiple times and calling him a big puppy. It turns more into a conversation as times goes on. Its hard to see because of where the camera is but it does look like JK starts a bit of footsies with caressing Jimins leg with his toes. It's hard to see if anything else is going on though because again, the camera angles. Suddenly though it does look like Jimin flinches a bit and then we have a cut. Jimin is now sitting in a different position, JK gets up and put his phone in his pocket and keeps his hand there. The captions tell us he is going to the bathroom. Jimin is left on the couch looking visibly a little flustered. Now there are a lot of theories out there saying that they hadn't been able to see each other for awhile because of Jimin's solo vacation, so the little touches left them both too *excited* or at least, getting there.

This is when J-hope asks Jimin was he is so red. Jimin at this point was visibly blushing. Jimin was very intently focused on watching JK walk away, to the point where Hobi's question actually snapped him out of it a bit and back to the group. They basically proceed to all bat around 100 different possible excuses for WHY Jimin could possibly be so flushed, sort of settling on that the room is simply very hot (no one else is seeming to have that problem with the heat though, but moving on). He also looks down and checks himself once or twice as he shifts around. At least, that is what it looked like he was doing.

JK at this point has been gone for AWHILE and he returns wearing his giant parka. Lol I thought the room was really hot though and that is why JM is so red?? Now in these theories, people are saying that he was using the coat to cover up his *problem* but I don't necessarily agree with that. Sure, Maybe he HAD a problem, but I don't think he was in the bathroom for like 25 minutes and still has a problem... I personally don't think he went into the bathroom at all. I think he went outside for some cold fresh air to try and settle things and himself back down. Hence the heavy coat, because it was cold outside.

In the end, we don't really know what happened. The timing of the cut was definitely a little suspicious, making it seem like there was probably more that went on with jikook on that couch then we saw. The flinch from Jimin during what looked like only soft touches from JKs toes is suspicious, what didn't we see that caused him to react like that? The embarrassment, flushed face and JK fleeing the scene for a long time is also very suspicious and makes these theories seem likely and something that I personally buy into based off their reactions and body language. BUT its also possible that nothing at all happened. Its hard to tell because of the cuts and camera angels and overall how small the moment was. So.... we will all probably just stay a little confused because this is all just theory and guesswork honestly. Lol
